Bacon Onion Dip
A rich, savory dip made with slowly caramelized onions, crispy bacon, a creamy blend of yogurt and sour cream. Warm, indulgent, and deeply flavorful, it’s the kind of appetizer that gathers people around the table before the first glass of wine is finished. Serve it with toasted bread, chips, or crisp vegetables for the perfect aperitivo bite.
Ingredients
- 1 pd your favorite bacon
- 1 cup of plain greek yogurt (I'm lactose intolerant so I use Plan cashew milk yogurt and its delicious)
- 1 medium sized onion (its okay to use a large one as well)
